It's very simple! When you acquire Aprova Fácil you do not pay for SetUp and there are no monthly fees charged! You acquire the number of transactions that best suits your business and have two years to use our product. See below:
The Merchant hires the Transaction Package that best suits his needs, according to the table shown on this page.
The Merchant will be acquiring an "X" quantity of transactions once he pays via Boleto Bancário or Credit Card, in accordance with the the package selected by him before the solution can be used.
When the quantity of transactions has reached its end, if the Merchant desires to continue using Aprova Fácil, he should access Cobre Bem Tecnologia Virtual Store by accessing the Menu function "Buy" and acquire a new package.
The Merchant has two years to utilize the Package of Transactions acquired. At the end of this period the transactions acquired and not used will automatically expire and will be cancelled.
When the maximum allowed quantity of transactions has been reached even within the permitted time limit (2 years) the use of the solution will be automatically interrupted and the customer should purchase a new package via our website.
In the above situation the Detailed Transaction Page of Aprova Fácil will not be available to the Merchant, however the automated processes done through Aprova Fácil will proceed regularly.
Automated process blocking will be in effect only after the Merchant has been advised three times via the email the Merchant gave us when registering. These emails will inform that the Merchant has exceeded the acquired transactions by 10% or the package acquired has reached its time limit of 2 years.
In the event that the Merchant has opted for not renewing his licenses, even after all three advisories, Cobre Bem Tecnologia will inform a date and hour in which the commercial establishment will be blocked from using Aprova Fácil. This is done by email and will effectively stop the establishment from selling using our software.
